- Duration: 10 weeks (September 21 – November 24, 2024)

- Location: Seodaemun-gu, Hongje-dong, Seoul
- Cost: 30,000 won (one-time membership fee) – covers operational costs and grants access to future KUSTA projects.
Comprehensive Curriculum
The program offers a well-rounded curriculum covering key HR functions:
- Weeks 1-2: Orientation and program introduction
- Weeks 3-4: Introduction to various HR functions through expert-led workshops and insightful guest speaker sessions.
- Weeks 5-6: Gain practical experience in employer branding through a dynamic simulated project.
- Weeks 7-8: Develop analytical skills by analyzing and designing training materials for a real organization.
- Weeks 9-10: Put your learning into practice by delivering a training session and presenting your final project outcomes.
