  • Location: Seodaemun-gu, Hongje-dong, Seoul
  • Cost: 30,000 won (one-time membership fee) – covers operational costs and grants access to future KUSTA projects.

  • Weeks 1-2: Orientation and program introduction
  • Weeks 3-4: Introduction to various HR functions through expert-led workshops and insightful guest speaker sessions.
