Who We’re Looking For:

University and graduate students nationwide (individuals or teams of up to 4 members) ※ Panel activity fees will be provided per team.

Activity Period & Benefits:

Period: Mid-July to Mid-September 2024 (3 months, 1 offline meeting per month)
Benefits:
- 1,000,000 KRW monthly activity fee per team
- 2,000,000 KRW prize for the top 2 teams

Selection Process & How to Apply:

Number of Teams: Up to 10 teams
How to Apply: Submit your application form and a PPT presentation on one of the topics below via email.

Application Topics:

Choose one of the following topics:
1. Ideas for providing a positive first insurance experience for people in their 20s
2. Suggestions for improving insurance services for customers in their 20s
3. Service proposals to promote Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance to customers in their 20s
4. Ideas for AI-powered insurance services for people in their 20s
Application Tip:
- Focus on freshness and creativity over detailed elaboration of your ideas, as you will have time to develop them further during the panel activity period. (You can submit multiple ideas based on a single rationale.)

Panel Activities:

Work on tasks related to topics provided by the company (providing feedback from a customer perspective)
Develop and finalize the ideas submitted in the application
- (Specific tasks will be assigned based on the submitted ideas, and the top 2 teams will receive a prize of 2,000,000 KRW.)

Recruitment Schedule:

Document Screening: Results will be announced on July 9th (Tue) based on the submitted application materials.
Interview: Face-to-face or online interviews will be held on July 10th (Wed) or 11th (Thu).
