KRX Happy Nuri Financial Literacy Volunteer Program (14th Batch) – 2024
Calling all university students passionate about financial education!
The Korea Exchange (KRX) is looking for 50 enthusiastic university and graduate students to join the 14th batch of the Happy Nuri Financial Literacy Volunteer Program.
What you’ll do:
- Make a difference: As part of a two-person team, you’ll teach financial literacy to elementary school students at children’s centers (regional children’s centers, daycare centers, etc.) in Busan/Gyeongnam or Seoul/Gyeonggi.
- Inspire young minds: Each team will be assigned to two centers, conducting a total of 20 sessions (10 sessions per center).
- Build meaningful connections: You’ll have the opportunity to build positive relationships with children and provide emotional support.
Program Dates:
- Applications: June 24 (Mon) – July 8 (Mon)
- 1st Round (Document Screening) Results: July 15 (Mon) – Individual notification
- 2nd Round (Interview):
- Busan/Gyeongnam: July 18 (Thu)
- Seoul/Gyeonggi: July 19 (Fri)
- Interviews will be conducted remotely via ZOOM.
- Final Results: July 26 (Fri) – Individual notification
- Training & Orientation: August 21 (Wed) – 23 (Fri) / 2 nights, 3 days in Busan [Mandatory Attendance]
- Volunteer Period: September – November (Twice a week, 90 minutes per session)
- Final Report & Closing Ceremony: December 20 (Fri) / Seoul [Mandatory Attendance for Certificate]

Eligibility:
- University or graduate students interested in volunteering at children’s centers.
- Students based in Busan/Gyeongnam or Seoul/Gyeonggi (including students on leave of absence).
