Since its inception, the Jarasum International Jazz Festival has hosted over 1,300 artists from 60 countries, solidifying its reputation as a premier jazz event. Recognized for its excellence, the festival was named a representative festival of Korea by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in both 2016 and 2018. Further cementing its global standing, it became the first Asian member of the prestigious Europe Jazz Network (EJN) and joined the International Music Festival Forum (FWMF) in 2023.
